Who created Dazzle Dry?
Dr Vivian Valenty is the creator and manufacturer of Dazzle Dry under VB Cosmetics. She has her PhD in Bio-Organic Chemistry and is a true leader and innovator in the industry. For decades, Dr Valenty has formulated many of the industry’s most revolutionary and well-known category-driving products.

Vegan
Cruelty-free, no animal testing and no animal by-products. No pigments from crushed beetles also known as carmine or fish scales (guanine) that are often found in cosmetics. Mineral pigments and FDA-approved pigments are used to formulate Dazzle Dry.
Hypoallergenic
Dazzle Dry does not contain reactive ingredients known to cause allergic reactions. Does not have any of the ingredients which traditional polishes, gel polishes and hybrid polishes have that are known to cause skin sensitizations and/or contact allergic dermatitis.
Non-toxic
Dazzle Dry is free of offensive, carcinogenic and endocrine disrupting toxins. The system is the “cleanest” of all solvent based polishes on the market. This means it does not contain “offensive” chemicals that are present in other nail lacquer products. It is free of formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, DBP, camphor, nitrocellulose, and TPHP.
Non-yellowing
